Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Helper to join our manufacturing team in Lancaster, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment and is eager to learn new skills while working alongside experienced team members.

As a Machine Helper, you will assist with loading materials into production equipment, bending metal bands to the required shape and size, and supporting daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Load bands into production machines according to work instructions.
  • Bend bands to the required shape and size while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist machine operators with daily production tasks.
  • Inspect materials for quality and report any defects or issues.
