Wieland is hiring a Operator II. The Operator II will be responsible for working with a variety of different equipment lines including cutting, packing, annealing, and cleaning. It is essential to be able to perform all the functions of all of these equipment lines because they are manned based on production demands. Rotating Operator II employees to different equipment lines is essential to decrease repetition for safety and to ensure that qualified individuals are available to operate the necessary equipment. This role is located in Cuba, MO and will be fully on-site.
Starting Pay:$21.07 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Responsibilities
Operator II Responsibilities:
  • Perform required quality checks and ensure overall product quality for customer satisfactions
  • Operator II's must consistently meet or exceed production standards
  • Housekeeping
  • Employees are accountable to achieve the Safety Vision for Wieland - Fineweld Tube Products. This includes complying with the Health and Safety Policy, practices, programs, and procedures
  • Reporting of incidents or near misses and recommendations of improvement
  • Participation in safety and health improvement efforts.
