About the Role:

The Operator II plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment within our production or processing environment. This position requires a thorough understanding of operational procedures and the ability to monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment to maintain optimal performance. The Operator II is responsible for adhering to safety protocols and quality standards to minimize downtime and ensure product consistency. This role involves collaboration with maintenance and quality teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly. Ultimately, the Operator II contributes to the overall productivity and success of the facility by maintaining smooth and reliable operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating industrial machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or processing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed operational procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to safety and quality.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or training related to equipment operation or industrial safety.
  • Experience with computerized control systems or PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
