Position Overview

The Operations Manager serves as the operational leader of TNT Strong by ensuring that our daily systems, processes, projects, and team execution consistently operate at a high level.

This role works directly alongside the General Manager and ownership to implement company initiatives, improve efficiency, maintain operational standards, and create a world-class experience for both members and staff.

You should think of the day-to-day operations of TNT Strong as your responsibility and constantly look for ways to improve systems, organization, and execution.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead daily operational execution across the facility
  • Support and develop department leaders
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff training

Operations & Systems

  • Oversee daily facility operations
  • Create, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop operational systems and workflows
  • Ensure checklists and operational standards are consistently followed
  • Manage operational projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supply management
  • Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and presentation remain exceptional


Member Experience

  • Help create an exceptional member experience throughout every department

Technology & Reporting

  • Assist in managing Club Automation, Go High Level, Slack, Google Workspace, and other operational platforms

  • Maintain accurate documentation and operational records


Project Management

  • Execute new business initiatives
  • Coordinate special events and facility projects
  • Assist with launches of new programs and services
  • Support growth initiatives, including expansion into our new facility
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
