  • Research and source potential new vendors; maintain complete and current supplier contact information in the approved vendor database.
  • Support positive vendor relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication.
  • Escalate late responses, missing information, pricing concerns, scope gaps, and other procurement issues promptly to the Procurement Manager

Documentation, Reporting, and Development

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready files for RFQs, vendor quotes, procurement documentation, and related correspondence.
  • Assist with maintaining procurement processes, templates, reports, and KPI tracking.

  • Experience in administration, purchasing, customer service, coordination, estimating, or construction is an asset, but not required.
  • Comfort using technology and learning new systems; experience with Excel, ERP systems, Smartsheet, Jonas, or other procurement software is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with vendors and project personnel.
  • A genuine interest in growing a career in procurement, construction, or construction management.
  • Valid Full G driver's license, own vehicle, and ability to occasionally visit jobsites or vendors, if required.
