GPS Jobs is seeking an Administrative Services and Operations Coordinator for a part time position supporting a State Agency in Columbia, SC.

What You Will Do:
  • Review complementary paratransit and half-fare program applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with applicants and caregivers to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Enter and maintain application, eligibility, and program data in tracking systems.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for leadership and compliance reviews.
  • Process and distribute application packets, notices, and other program correspondence.
  • Monitor and follow up on returned or undeliverable mail.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, and correspondence preparation.
  • Schedule appeal hearings and support related documentation.
  • Track and close customer complaints in the SFT system.
  • Upload monthly forms, reports, Fitness Center documentation, and other records.
  • Maintain the Trespass Notices list.
  • Provide backup support to Customer Experience Representatives as needed.
What is Needed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, application processing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review.
