Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking mission-oriented people to join our team. We are looking for experienced DOD Operations Research Officer to support the Joint Staff, CNMF, and CMTs to support the planning, development, execution and analysis of full spectrum cyber operations.

The Work:

  • Develop, analyze, and update metrics to assess operational performance and effectiveness.
  • Incorporate metrics into a strategic assessment process.
  • Maintain a repository of indicators such as Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) metric results.
  • Continuously monitor and provide updates to a current situation within the construct of an operation and the progress of that operation.
  • Evaluate an operation using indicators to determine progress relative to the mission objectives and end states.
  • Coordinate with other client Directorates to incorporate metrics and operation assessment and analysis outputs into the strategic assessment processes, as necessary.
  • Conduct analysis in the context of operations and factors related to operations to provide information as requested.
  • Derive approaches to the formation of successful operational assessments programs to advise and assist leadership components implement effective operational assessment programs.
  • Provide Critical Technical Research and Analysis, Executive Summaries, and support Planning Design and Briefs

Here's what you need:

  • One or more of the following:
  • BA/BS degree with at least 12 years of experience in Operational Research and Analysis
  • 10 years with MS/MA
  • PH.D with 7 years of experience
  • High school diploma with at least 16 years of experience
  • Education or experience with military joint operations planning through the Joint Professional Military Education Phase II (JPME II or other similar military operations planning courses) from a CJCS accredited joint education program listed in CJCSI 1800.01E.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Understanding of Cyber missions, operations, and Cyber operational environments and domains
  • Experience with the Cyber Targeting and staff processes required prior to mission execution
  • Knowledge in the planning and conduct of OCO and IO or Information Advantage Operations
  • Knowledge and experience in Combat Mission Team (CMT) and Combat Support Team (CST) C2, management, and employment

Security Clearance:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
