Lentech is hiring a Operations Research Analyst:
Required:  
  • Active and current TS/SCI w FSP through MD (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE THIS)
  • Experience conducting problem definition and gathering data requirements from stakeholders
  • Oral and written communications skills to explain data analysis to stakeholders
  • 10+ years of experience with conducting analysis of management and operational problems using operations research techniques
  • 4+ years of experience with the application of modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems
  • 4+ years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives
  • 4+ years of experience with PANDAS, R, Excel and VBA, ARENA, OCTAVE, Tableau, Gurobi and CPLEX, EXTENDSIM, SAS, NETICA, stats models, Stata, MATLAB, or SPSS
Preferred:  
  • Experience with developing and performing verification and validation of models to ensure adequacy
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials for operations research techniques
  • Experience briefing results and preparing written reports on analytic approaches and methodologies
  • Experience with the use of machine learning and large language models to solve complex problems
  • Master’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

The proposed salary range for this position is: $188,000.00-$200,000.00
