Field Operations Program Administrator

Location: Springfield, IL (Hybrid)
Salary Range: Salary Range: $66,500 - $92,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, with an anticipated starting salary of $68,000.

Overview

Horace Mann is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Field Operations Program Administrator to support field-facing programs and initiatives that drive sales effectiveness and operational support across the organization.This role partners closely with Field Leadership, Marketing, Sales Development, Communications, and Operations teams to help ensure programs are implemented smoothly, communicated effectively, and executed consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support field operations programs, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Assist with implementation planning, timelines, communications, and program tracking
  • Maintain program documentation, FAQs, and operational resources
  • Monitor program processes and support compliance with established guidelines
  • Track program metrics, reporting, and expenses
  • Support vendor coordination and issue resolution as needed
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline workflows
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5+ years of experience in field operations, program coordination, sales operations, or related support roles
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
