About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to step into a vital role, providing essential operational, analytical, and program management support for a high-impact business operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of critical processes, contributing to key projects, and helping to shape the future of operational excellence through innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly influence strategic decision-making and foster greater efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly refresh of organizational Key Results by coordinating with team leads to report status by deadlines and preparing summary presentations for executive review.
  • Manage headcount trends and management reporting, including dashboard updates, weekly management community communications, and monthly executive reporting.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide coverage for a team member, supporting operational reporting and analysis activities.
  • Assist with program management responsibilities and help drive efficiency through process improvements and AI-enabled solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or financial planning within a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Proven ability to manage and improve rhythm of business (ROB) processes, including leadership reviews, financial reporting, and organizational planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar for data visualization and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving alignment and clarity across diverse teams.
  • Experience in business management, operations, finance, or program management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Copilot (or other AI tools), GitHub, and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and automation solutions to improve business processes.
