Position Purpose







Theย Coordinatorย ofย Programย Integrationย andย Institutionalย Researchย supportsย theย District'sย instructional technologyย applications,ย assessmentย platforms,ย learningย managementย systems,ย digitalย resources, application integrations, and related program evaluation and institutional research initiatives.

Thisย roleย coordinatesย digitalย applicationย integrations,ย dataย sharingย agreements,ย interoperabilityย processes, stakeholder engagement surveys, and external research requests to support student learning and educator effectiveness aligned to District priorities through strong data governance, interoperability, and user access processes. In collaboration with cross-functional departments, the coordinator designs, conducts, and implements rigorous evaluations of strategic initiatives and statutorily required programs, providing actionable insights that improve program effectiveness, inform decision-making, and advance District priorities.

ESSENTIALย JOBย FUNCTIONS

  • Serves as the District administrator for instructional enterprise technology platforms by overseeing system administration, user access, interoperability, data governance, technical support,ย andย vendorย partnershipsย toย ensureย secure,ย reliable,ย andย effectiveย technologyย servicesย that support student learning, educator effectiveness, and District operations.
  • Coordinates the deployment, implementation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of Districtwide instructional technology applications, assessment platforms, digital resources, applicationย integrations,ย andย interoperabilityย technologies,ย includingย userย access,ย provisioning, and data synchronization.
  • Coordinatesย cross-functionalย projectsย involvingย instructionalย technology,ย digitalย resources, system integrations, program evaluation, and strategic District initiatives by facilitating communication, managing timelines, and supporting successful implementation.
  • Coordinates Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs), external research requests, and Institutional Reviewย Boardย (IRB)ย processesย toย ensureย effectiveย dataย governance,ย privacy,ย andย operational oversight.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional departments to design, conduct, and implement rigorous evaluationsย ofย strategicย initiativesย andย statutorilyย requiredย programs,ย providingย actionableย insights to improve effectiveness and outcomes.

    • Demonstrated experience implementing, managing, or supporting instructional technologyย platforms,ย digitalย resources,ย orย systemย integrationsย atย scaleย preferred.
