DSI Security Services is hiring a Facilities amp; Operations Coordinator in Stephenville. This position supports the daily operation of the office and facility by coordinating vendors, purchasing activities, maintenance requests, workplace services, and operational reporting.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with experience in facilities coordination, office administration, purchasing, or business operations. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate across departments, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Vendor onboarding, renewals, documentation, and ongoing communication.
  • Process invoices, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and service-entry documentation.
  • Track purchase orders through completion and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor vendor contracts and assist with budget and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and office services.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee facility requests and workspace needs.
  • Maintain facility records, compliance files, vendor documentation, and operational reports.
  • Coordinate office moves, workstation assignments, access needs, and building logistics.
  • Schedule vendors, meetings, inspections, and facility-related projects.
  • Compile departmental data and prepare routine operational reports.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Information Technology, and Health, Safety and Environment teams.
  • Assist with special projects and other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in Facilities Coordination, Office Administration, Purchasing, Operations, or a related position.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, invoices, purchase orders, and operational records.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to work.
