We're looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Northwest Operations team and play a critical role in supporting one of our key strategic customer relationships. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted operational partner, coordinating inventory management, purchasing activities, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional coordination. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and operations leaders to ensure product availability, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continued business growth.

Your Role As an Operations Specialist, you will manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs for assigned accounts, using forecasts, inventory trends, and purchasing data to ensure customers have the products they need when they need them. You'll monitor inventory levels, maintain purchase orders, and help drive operational efficiency across the supply chain. You will also support customer and vendor relationships, maintain regulatory documentation, administer inventory reconciliation activities, and provide analytical insights that support inventory health and profitability. As a key point of connection between Operations, Sales, Product Coordinators, Account Coordinators, and customers, you'll help ensure alignment across the business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Two or more years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, supply chain, operations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems; ERP experience preferred
  • Customer‑focused approach with exceptional attention to detail
