The Artisan Rotational Training (ART) program is a competitive rotational program for 2027 college graduates. Leveraging more than two years of broad firm exposure and industry training, ART Associates will be considered for a variety of long-term career opportunities within the sales, marketing, and operational functions of a growing, global multi asset investment platform.

The program provides immersive training through distinct rotations across our Sales, Marketing and Operational teams. This allows ART Associates to explore their interests and strengths, paving the way for opportunities in one of the following key areas:

  • Sales and Client Service
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Investment Technology and Portfolio Analytics
  • Trade and Investment Operations

Development
