A growing communications and data services organization is hiring a Data Processor to join their team. This position is responsible for preparing, validating, and processing customer data that supports critical business operations and large-scale customer communication projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with programming, production, and account teams to ensure customer information is processed correctly and delivered on schedule. The company offers strong training, long-term stability, and opportunities to grow into more technical or leadership-oriented positions over time.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with data entry, data processing, or operations support
  • Understanding of databases and SQL

  • Experience working with CSV, TXT, Excel, or fixed-format files
  • Exposure to mailing, printing, logistics, or production environments
