We're looking for a driven project management professional to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve Store Fulfillment operations across one of the world's largest and most innovative fulfillment networks.
In this role, you'll partner with Product, Technology, Operations, eCommerce and Field teams to drive operational process transformation for eCommerce fulfillment. You'll manage projects end-to-end - from business case development and requirements gathering to pilot execution, rollout, and performance measurement - helping deliver scalable solutions that improve associate and customer experiences.

  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on Store Fulfillment operational improvements and scalability
  • Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, timelines, risks, testing, implementation, and deployment
  • Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, eCommerce and Field teams to define requirements and deliver operational solutions
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through project updates, presentations, and communication plans
  • Analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and recommend scalable improvements
  • Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions before broader rollout
  • Develop project documentation including SOPs, process maps, business cases, and implementation guides
  • Track KPIs, project milestones, dependencies, and business impact metrics
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and operational optimization
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, operations initiatives, or program management efforts
  • Strong project management skills including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and execution
  • Experience working in retail, fulfillment, supply chain, or high-volume operational environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Smartsheet, or Visio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support pilots, implementations, and field observations
