MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and culture of multiple urgent care clinics throughout Eastern North Carolina. This role is ideal for a proven leader who has successfully managed teams, driven operational results, and preferably has experience overseeing multiple locations or business units.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated management experience with responsibility for team performance and operational outcomes
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees
• Experience overseeing multiple locations, departments, or teams preferred

• Comfortable traveling frequently between clinics in Tarboro, Havelock, Kinston, Swansboro, and Wilmington

What You'll Do
As a Regional Manager, you will oversee the overall performance and operations of five urgent care clinics. You will serve as the primary operational leader for your market and act as the company's presence within your assigned clinics.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring clinics operate efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Leading, coaching, and developing clinic staff to achieve performance expectations
• Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellent patient service
• Managing staffing levels and coordinating schedules to ensure appropriate clinic coverage
• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and managing Medical Assistants and other clinic staff
• Monitoring clinic performance and implementing operational improvements
• Managing inventory and ordering medical and office supplies within budgeted guidelines
• Addressing day-to-day operational challenges and serving as the primary escalation point for clinic teams
• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality patient experience across all assigned clinics
• Maintaining staffing levels and managing employee performance, including corrective action and terminations when necessary
• Traveling regularly between clinics to provide hands-on leadership and support
Travel & Training
• Initial onboarding includes 6-8 weeks of training, which may require travel and overnight stays in Birmingham, Alabama
• Frequent travel between assigned clinics is required
• Occasional overnight travel may be necessary based on business needs
Availability Expectations
Our clinics operate seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Regional Managers are expected to be available to support clinic operations during operating hours and respond to urgent issues when needed. Regular travel between clinics and significant on-site presence are essential components of success in this role.
