THE ROLE 
The Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations will lead the end-to-end warehouse and consignment operations across Stadium Goods' New York Market Center. This role owns the full lifecycle of inventory from intake, authentication, and product listing through storage, fulfi llment, and consignor payout.

This position is critical to ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and scalability across all warehouse workfl ows while delivering a best-in-class consignor and customer experience. The Senior Manager will oversee warehouse teams, optimize processes, and partner cross-functionally with Supply, Ecommerce, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless execution across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Warehouse & Consignment Operations
Own the end-to-end warehouse operation, including intake, authentication, inventory management, storage, fulfillment, and outbound logistics
Oversee consignment lifecycle from product intake through listing, sale, and consignor payout, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage
Ensure all inbound shipments are received, processed, and recorded accurately against purchase orders and inventory systems
Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and throughput to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
Maintain strict inventory control standards, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring real-time data accuracy across systems
Establish and enforce SOPs across all warehouse and consignment processes
 
Authentication, Intake & Inventory Control
Oversee authentication processes to ensure all goods meet Stadium Goods' quality and authenticity standards
Manage intake operations, ensuring timely and accurate product listing and system entry
Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and system errors
Partner with Product and Tech teams to surface bugs, workflow gaps, and system improvements impacting operations
 
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
Lead, develop, and scale a team of warehouse supervisors, specialists, and associates
Own workforce planning, scheduling, and labor optimization to meet volume demands and SLAs
Train and coach team members on operational standards, systems, and performance expectations
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
 
Performance Management & Operational Excellence
Define, track, and report on key operational KPIs (e.g., intake speed, listing accuracy, fulfillment SLAs, inventory accuracy)
Implement performance management frameworks to ensure consistent achievement of operational targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance scalability
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on operational performance
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Supply teams to align intake capacity with inventory acquisition strategies
Collaborate with Ecommerce and Merchandising teams to ensure product readiness and optimal listing quality
Work closely with Finance on payment accuracy, invoice coding, and consignor payouts
Align with Customer Experience teams to resolve consignor and customer issues quickly and effectively
Act as the central operational link between warehouse execution and broader business strategy
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or resale environments
Proven experience managing end-to-end operational workflows, including inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain processes
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop, and scale high-performing teams
Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and process optimization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions
Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems; proficiency in Excel or similar tools
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on accuracy and execution
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW
  • The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 AND $90,000 [annual]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
