About the Position

Autowest of Plainwell is seeking an exceptional Office & Operations Manager to help oversee the administrative and operational side of our dealership.

This is a leadership role that directly supports ownership, management, sales, service, accounting, compliance, and customer experience.

We are less concerned with where you worked previously and more concerned with your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, solve problems, and make sure important tasks get completed.

Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
