Job Duties

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operations, monitoring KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, lead time, and service levels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, operators, and administrative staff, ensuring optimal workforce planning, scheduling, and performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance, leading incident investigations and preventive actions.
  • Oversee inventory control, including discrepancy resolution, damage management, and storage optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, KPI reporting, claims handling, and SLA management.
  • Control operational costs, including labor, equipment, consumables, and vendor expenses, while identifying productivity improvements.
  • Drive projects such as warehouse relocations, layout redesigns, new customer onboarding, and operational expansions, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control)
  • Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of warehouse equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Customer-service oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Professional working proficiency in Korean and English
Salary Range
$65,000—$100,000 CAD
