The candidate will be responsible for the effective and successful management of our U.S. and China operations. The ideal candidate will be smart, ambitious, and entrepreneurial. The job requires Domestic and Foreign travel.

The candidate will manage Quality Control, warehousing, Imports, exports and. The candidate is required to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws. There is a great opportunity for a person to learn all parts of a business in a small company atmosphere. We are an entrepreneurial company. The candidate will report directly to the President and manage the operational staff.

Operations manager responsibilities:

· Implement production, productivity, quality control, inventory management, warehousing, imports, exports, and logistics and be able to resolve any problems.

· Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage.

· Accomplish operational goals.

· Manage relationships with key operations vendors

· Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment

· Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to quality, customer service, in particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities.

· Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
