Duties may include managing staff, monitoring operational processes, implementing strategies to improve productivity, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
  • Coordinates various operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned facility; Seeks to improve the organization's financial performance and competitive positioning through continuous improvement
  • Performs data analysis to make informed decisions
  • Studies the organization's processes and identifies opportunities for process improvement or efficiency optimization; .Implements strategies to improve productivity
  • Ensure achievement of financial targets and profit margins while monitoring of all repair and maintenance costs; Takes corrective actions when required.
  • Modifies employee schedules or staffing plans to reduce labor costs while meeting output expectations.
  • May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Strong computer skills with a solid proficiency in Microsoft based applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements
  • Demonstrate complete proficiency in multiple site-specific plant operations, such as, drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading, and wastewater treatment.
  • Plant leadership/supervision experience.
  • Plant operations experience.
  • Complete understanding of facility permits and procedures.
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 to 7 years experience
  • Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
