We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for professionals with at least 5 years of commercial superintendent experience managing schedules, subcontractors, jobsite operations, and project execution. What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily commercial construction site operations

  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite coordination

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish

  • Ground-up commercial construction project experience

  • Hotel project experience

  • Strong knowledge of commercial building processes and jobsite coordination

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

  • OSHA certification

  • Procore or similar construction software experience
