About Foundation:

Foundation Energy Management LLC is an oil and gas exploration company headquartered in Addison, TX.  We operate and manage producing properties located across multiple basins for our institutional limited partners. 

Position Summary:

The Pumper position builds on foundation field experience, troubleshooting wells and facilities and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safe and compliant operations.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • -Perform routine inspections and adjustments on wells and facilities.
  • -Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to artificial life systems and equipment.
  • -Monitor production trends and alert Foreman of issues.
  • -Mentor Pumper I employees.
  • -Ensure accurate data entry into production systems.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of oilfield production experience.
  • Strong knowledge of well operations and basic mechanical systems.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

  • Technical certification in oilfield operations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Equipment troubleshooting.
  • Attention to detail in production reporting.
  • Strong safety culture.
