Operations Coordinator (Arnegard, ND)
Pay: $24.00-$34.00 Per Hour DOE

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Branch Manager, sales team, technicians, vendors, and customers to assist with several aspects of company operations. The Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating operations and procedures related to inventory control, shipping and receiving and sales to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Duties may entail a variety of operational tasks, primarily warehouse operations, supporting Inside Sales, service personnel and supporting the Service Coordinator by tracking CSRโ€™s or timekeeping logs and invoices. Other duties may include maintaining office records, assisting with safety compliance for service personnel and issuing POโ€™s related to service jobs. The right candidate will have great customer service and communication skills.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or warehousing.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and
  • handle multiple projects are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere supporting operations of the branch.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engages in duties related to Service Support and other sales efforts.
  • Engages in duties related to warehousing/shipping and receiving, cycle counts and inventory control.
  • Engages in duties related to branch operations and efficiencies.
  • Serves as support person for Branch management team.
  • Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors.
  • May assist with valve assembly with some assistance, based on Branch needs and setup.
  • May create and input sales order from will call customers with some assistance.
  • May assist Service Coordinator with input of service orders in NetSuite or enter labor hours into service orders.
  • May assist with collecting and dispatching CSRs and timesheets.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering the phone, transferring calls, processing mail, data entry, maintaining calendars and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Order office supplies and ensure supply stations are stocked and equipment such as printers and scanners are in working order at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
  • Attend required safety training classes and maintain necessary certifications.
  • Maintain professional behavior with vendors, customers, employees, and management.
  • Keep management informed about customer issues, personnel issues, and workflow issues.
  • Contribute to company and service goals through a team effort and by achieving results as needed.
  • Handles sensitive and confidential issues, including tracking and coordination.
  • Conduct all business activities in accordance with Winn-Marion policies.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Checks and responds to all company communications on all scheduled workdays, including voice mail, emails, and text messages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
