Job Description
Directs complex data management workflows, ensuring the precise extraction, routing and processing of critical operational and financial data from enterprise systems including GFEBS, GCSS-Army and MARS. By managing designated network shares and executing daily queries to initialize the MARS cycle, the specialist ensures total data synchronization and provides essential support for divisional reporting and COMLED tracking via SharePoint. Complementing these core data functions, the specialist serves as the division's primary Information Management Officer (IMO) and Telephone Control Officer (TCO), utilizing ServiceNow (SNOW) to streamline IT service
requests and telecommunications requirements.
Qualifications
Pay Rate:DOE
Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in one of the following: Management Information Systems (MIS)/Computer Information Systems (CIS); Information Technology; Computer Science; Business Administration.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' general computer experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in data processing and data management.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.

Job Skills Requirements:
  • Possess the ability to quickly learn and use various computer applications.
  • The ability to maintain accurate records, adhere to documented procedures, accurately read reports and work cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Physical Requirements:
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
  • Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted and capable of climbing up and into large vehicles up to 10 feet high.
  • Must be capable of kneeling, squatting, bending, and standing while performing duties.
  • Must be able to distinguish colors.
  • Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the section SOPs.
