Job description

Location: Bullhead City, AZ
Department: Dot Foods (DOT)
Reports To: Associate Operations Manager (AOM)
Wage Range: $17.15 - $25.73
As an Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely flow of trailers and paperwork needed in the process of receiving, storing, and shipping product, along with controlling, inspecting, and tracking inbound and outbound customer and vendor truck traffic.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Coordinates dock flow for all outbound loads
  • Tracks and verifies paperwork and product on trailers
  • Investigates shortages of product in the picking process
  • Compares accuracy of supplier bills
  • Chooses and stages loads to be received
  • Prints, distributes, and finalizes shipping and receiving paperwork as needed
  • Inspect & record inbound vehicle data
  • Verifying correct load & temperature settings
  • Use of Yard Management systems
  • Process Company Driver check-in paperwork
  • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
  • Other duties as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with warehouse computer systems
  • Ability to accept changing work demands
  • Previous leadership experience

ROLE SPECIFICS
  • Full-Time: Schedule to be determined; Must be available for any shift
  • Team-based environment
