  • Use WMS data, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify issues, lead root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Lead safety, training, performance management, and continuous-improvement efforts across the operation.
  • Support operational growth, peak-volume planning, new customer onboarding, and process changes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL operations experience; direct 3PL experience will be prioritized.
  • 3+ years leading supervisors, leads, coordinators, or multi-functional warehouse teams.
  • Demonstrated success in a client-facing environment, balancing service requirements, operational execution, labor, quality, safety, and cost.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate credibly and effectively with warehouse teams, clients, and executive leadership.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate competing priorities, sensitive conversations, and escalations with sound judgment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operations.
  • Working knowledge of WMS, inventory-control practices, RF/barcode scanning, shipping systems, and operational reporting.
  • Ability to manage performance through KPIs, including labor productivity, service, quality, inventory, safety, and cost.
  • Strong organization, decision-making, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to support a seven-day operation, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours during peak periods.

Preferred Qualifications
