Position Summary
As the Operations Manager, youโll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of our Birmingham location. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing the team to ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Youโll work alongside the staff during service, coach employees, solve problems, and foster a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, develop, and inspire both front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control food costs.
- Uphold compliance with health department and food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment upkeep.
- Review daily sales, labor, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with ownership to improve systems and drive business growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What Weโre Looking For

- 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Food safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
