Position Summary

As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of our Birmingham location. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing the team to ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work alongside the staff during service, coach employees, solve problems, and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
