Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, direct, evaluate, and mentor staff across multiple locations.
  • Deliver daily operational updates and disseminate information to personnel at all operating sites.
  • Ensure daily performance goals are met and provide productivity status reports to leadership.
  • Oversee technical and analytical components of the operation to achieve both short‑ and long‑term objectives.
  • Establish unit goals, set priorities, manage deadlines, and allocate personnel based on evolving mission needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
