Are you someone who keeps the numbers accurate and the business running smoothly?

We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial and day-to-day operations of a growing organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with numbers, and confident managing people and processes.

You’ll help keep the business financially organized, improve internal systems, support the team, and make sure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience

Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and reconciliations

  • Prepare financial reports and help manage budgets

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls

  • Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and technology

  • Manage and support office staff

  • Improve processes and create more efficient systems

  • Assist with hiring, training, and employee development

  • Maintain databases and internal records

Qualifications:
