Job Description


As the Livery Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our reservations and dispatch functions, while supporting the growth and performance of our transportation team. This hospitality-centric role requires a hands-on approach across a variety of duties to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing driver orientation, handling client requests, attending industry tradeshows, and providing support to our COO and CEO.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage reservation and dispatch processes to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance during new driver team orientations, ensuring all drivers understand service standards and protocols
  • Travel to industry trade shows and events, representing GCT Chauffeured Services and identifying new business opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the COO and CEO to support high-level strategic goals and special projects
  • Manage and prioritize operational tasks, ensuring the efficient coordination of transportation services
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by fostering a service-oriented, client-first culture within the team
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed, including DOT, FMCSA, and local regulations
  • Budget operational costs to improve service efficiency on a monthly, seasonal, yearly, and special event basis
  • Fulfill driver roles as needed and participate in on-call rotations
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support the company's operational needs


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in operations management or related field, preferably within the transportation, hospitality, or luxury services industry
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse team and coordinate complex logistics
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required


Preferred Qualifications


  • CDL License with Passenger Endorsement
  • Experience in chauffeured transportation or related services
  • Familiarity with transportation management software or dispatch systems
  • Prior experience working with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
