ABB Marine & Ports is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational strategy and execution across our Marine Systems business in the U.S. and Canada. This role will play a key leadership position overseeing project management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and delivering a world-class customer experience.


What you'll do:

• Lead and drive day-to-day operational performance across the Marine Systems business

• Develop and execute business action plans aligned with strategic goals and growth initiatives

• Oversee budgets, KPIs, resource planning, and operational performance metrics

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration
