Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility/facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional member experiences, efficient business operations, staff leadership, and achievement of operational and financial goals. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a passion for health, wellness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day gym/studio operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
  • Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Monitor inventory levels for fitness equipment, supplies, retail products, and amenities
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor relationships

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff, trainers, and support personnel
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide coaching and development
  • Ensure staff compliance with operational procedures and customer service standards

Member Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns promptly
  • Support member retention initiatives and community engagement efforts
