Rental Operations- Corona, CA

About Med One Group:

Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment rental and finance industry for over 25 years, is seeking a self-motivated Operations Manager to lead our distribution warehouse in Corona, CA. This is a full-time, salaried position with a starting base salary of $80,000-$95,000, depending on experience.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while partnering closely with the Sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The Operations Manager provides leadership, direction, and development to a team responsible for medical equipment processing, delivery coordination, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

Essential Functions:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish clear, measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring strong alignment between people, processes, and strategy to drive consistent execution.
  • Set high performance standards, hold teams accountable, and ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating a positive, committed approach to the business, colleagues, cross-functional partners, direct reports, and clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and leadership to deliver customer-focused, win-win solutions.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships in close partnership with the Sales team.
  • Oversee facility operations, including warehouse and office organization, cleanliness, supply inventory, coordination with home office IT, business licenses, and relationships with local property management.
  • Apply strong business and financial acumen by managing contracts and overseeing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and budgets to support account profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, products, and services while embracing innovation, change, and adaptability.
  • Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as business needs require.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours calls as needed to support staff and operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in warehouse operations, operations management, or a supervisory role.
  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams, work independently, and take initiative. Experience in the medical equipment rental industry is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency with PC-based applications, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
