Chemical Plant Ops Manager
Location: Clover, South Carolina

As a Chemical Plant Operations Manager here at PIP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our chemical manufacturing facility. You are responsible for ensuring that the production of Electrical Safety and General Safety glove products is safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards.
In this role, you will impact on the efficiency and success of our chemical manufacturing facility by optimizing production processes, reducing downtime, controlling production costs, and ensuring the quality of our glove products. Your leadership is essential in maintaining the facility's integrity, meeting production targets, and upholding high standards of safety and environmental responsibility in our dynamic and complex industrial environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the chemical plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience of 6+ years in managing or supervising manufacturing plant operations.
  • Strong knowledge of process safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
