Summary of Position and Responsibility: The Operations Manager for Single Family Cabinetry is responsible for overseeing the cabinetry operations specific to single-family residential projects. This role involves managing the design, production, and installation processes to ensure high-quality cabinetry solutions for single-family homes. The Director will lead a team, develop strategies to meet client needs, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Oversee cabinetry operations for single-family projects: Manage the design, production, and installation of cabinetry for single-family homes, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage teams: Supervise and mentor design, production, and installation teams. Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and ensure effective teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies: Create and execute strategies to optimize cabinetry solutions for single-family homes, including process improvements and cost-saving measures.
