The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detailed oriented, metrics obsessed and wants to leverage technology to enable scalable processes and track critical KPIs to provide insight and guidance to the executive team. The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategy, best practices and on-going use of our CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot) and BI (Insightsquared) tools in addition to other marketing or sales related technology. This person will work closely with the Marketing campaign team, SDRs, Account Executives and Executive team to understand all of the moving parts, the needs of each team and how to make it all work together. Responsibilities:

Owning the sales and marketing technology stack and making recommendations for additional software if needed

Owning, enabling and enforcing best practices throughout the marketing and sales funnel

Creating reports and performing analysis to determine trends based on past performance using Insightsquared and implementing changes (both technology and outside processes) to directly improve future performance

Ensuring the quality of our prospect and customer database

Owning online demand generation program enablement, execution and support

Creating, managing, Q&A and executing marketing campaigns using Pardot

Creating data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns, lead scoring, and nurturing programs for prospect and customer segmentations that will minimize lead fatigue and opt-outs.

2-4 years of experience in CRM and Marketing Systems - Salesforce experience required along with related data management/data cleansing tools

Strong understanding of sales and marketing best practices including campaign execution, Q&A testing and conversion measurement

Quick learner, metrics driven, highly inquisitive

Strong project management skills - organized, agile and focused on results

Excellent verbal communication and written skills

Preferred:

Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Salesloft, Pardot and Insightsquared a plus

Knowledge of Drupal or WordPress and/or skills in HTML a plus

Certified Salesforce Administrator highly desirable
