Company Description

Blue Kangaroo Packoutz Chesapeake/Norfolk is hiring a proven, relationship-driven outside sales hunter who knows
how to open doors and turn professional relationships into a dependable stream of contents restoration and packout
referrals.
The target is simple: make Blue Kangaroo Packoutz the first call when restoration contractors, insurance
professionals, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and other referral partners encounter a contents loss.
You must be comfortable entering a territory, identifying the people who control or influence referrals, reaching them
without waiting for an introduction, earning credibility, asking for an opportunity, and following through until the
relationship produces business. The standard is measurable production—not visibility, activity, or popularity.
