Arlington, VA

Full-time

Job description

Auterion is looking for an Events & Brand Experience Manager to own the real-world environments where customers, partners, employees, and industry stakeholders experience the company. From tradeshows and demos to internal events, office branding, signage, swag, and executive meeting spaces, this role ensures Auterion shows up with clarity, consistency, and operational discipline.

This is a hands-on role for someone with proven trade show and event management experience who understands that physical brand is part of event execution — the booth, the room, the signage, the leave-behind, the badge, the demo, and the office space, all shape how the company is understood.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan and execute Auterion's brand presence across tradeshows, demos, customer events, internal events, and executive meetings.
  • Manage all elements of the physical details that shape how Auterion shows up in the field, including booth materials, signage, demo environments, swag, leave-behinds, printed collateral, and meeting spaces.
  • Own end-to-end event execution including timelines, vendors, logistics, shipping, staffing, onsite setup, and teardown.
  • Support Auterion-hosted moments: customer demos, media opportunities, recruiting events, and field activations with organized, audience-appropriate environments.
  • Coordinate internal events and office activations so company-wide moments feel intentional and on-brand.
  • Maintain event and physical brand assets, including booth kits, signage, swag inventory, printed materials, and reusable supplies.
  • Own the internal swag program, including selecting items, managing vendors, maintaining global inventory, and building repeatable request and distribution processes.
  • Keep all office locations aligned with current branding and company priorities through practical environmental branding.
  • Collaborate with design, product marketing, social, video, BD, operations, and leadership to make sure physical materials match the audience, message, and moment.
  • Coordinate logistics with venues, event organizers, printers, fabricators, shipping partners, swag vendors, and agencies.
  • Track event calendars, budgets, inventory, shipments, vendor relationships, and post-event learnings.
  • Help evaluate event opportunities and improve repeatable event systems and operational processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in event management, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience in defense technology, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, enterprise technology, or other technical B2B industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with defense, government, military, or national security events and audiences is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing tradeshows, conferences, customer events, demos, or field activations from planning through onsite execution.
  • Experience supporting executive briefings, customer visits, field demos, or high-touch partner engagements is a plus.
  • Strong operational and project management skills, including logistics, budgets, timelines, inventory, shipping, and vendor coordination.
  • Comfortable managing fast-moving onsite environments and adapting quickly when plans change.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams, executives, vendors including venues, agencies, printers, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of how physical environments shape brand perception.
  • Experience managing global swag or branded merchandise programs is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating across global teams, regions, and time zones.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and event planning, budgeting, inventory, or project tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of autonomous systems, drones, robotics, or software-defined defense technology is preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours
  • Stock Options
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Health Insurance (includes dental & vision)
  • Medical flex spending
  • Life Insurance
  • Retirement Plan - 401k with company match
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity leave
