Job Profile Summary:

Supervises the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees team and coordination with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
  • Responds to escalations of bottlenecks or problem areas and proposes solutions.
  • Monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance.
  • Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
  • Contributes to the development of processes and procedures
  • Comply with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System. 

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
  • Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision
  • 1+ years prior experience in a lead, supervisory or management role
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Make creative, timely and independent decisions.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Confident, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English, is required for this position.
