Job description

PBNA $25.30 / hour
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Operate the filler, sbo, capper, Filtec, warmer, blender and associated equipment as instructed in SOP, including performing all required quality checks.
  • Track and record equipment and Line downtime information
  • Perform Line Checks, which may include but are not limited to:
  • Thermal system set point
  • Fill weights
  • Bottle temps at filling and after cooling
  • Pull up torques and tamper band check
  • Rinser set point
  • Start up, flavor change, and extensive downtime brix checks
  • Start up and flavor change sensory
  • CIP concentrations
  • Bottle code accuracy
  • Challenge Filtec bottle rejection system
  • Closure and Bottle data entry in Infinity
  • Closure and Bottle routine inspections
  • Perform cap application checks
  • Perform Operators related PMs on equipment
  • Maintain 100% compliance with HACCP and AIB standards.
  • Trouble-shoot and complete minor adjustments on equipment.
  • Review and verify Filler Chart is working by performing check at required frequency
  • Perform minor machine maintenance activities as required.
  • Perform Sanitation of the filler and associated equipment according to sanitation schedule.
  • Enter QA checks and Sanitation records in IQS or similar system
  • Demonstrate ownership of the job and add to the success of the team
  • Participate on a Natural Work Team
  • Support TPM activities through participation on TPM team and completing required paperwork (CIL, CL, etc.)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to communicate, read, and write in English lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis work in a safe and controlled manner and comply with GMPs, Standards of Conduct, and Company Policies and be flexibility to work off-shifts as needed
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Perform basic calculator functions
  • Manage basic computer applications and HMI
  • Person awarded this bid will need to be self-directed in the completion of daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Must not have been on a DAR in the last 6 months
  • Handwriting must be legible
