Position Summary
The Project Manager plays a key role in supporting BDI's landscaping operations while helping empower team members of all abilities. This position works closely with the Sr. Operations Manager to coordinate daily activities, maintain high service standards, and ensure an inclusive, supportive work environment for employees with disabilities. It's an ideal role for someone who values teamwork, organization, and meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Support
  • Assist with coordinating daily landscaping activities across multiple sites.
  • Help implement maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor project progress and help address operational needs or delays.

Inclusive Team Support
  • Work together with team members with varying abilities, offering guidance and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with job coaches, vocational counselors, and support staff to ensure accommodations are met.
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and empowering work culture.

Administrative & Planning Assistance
  • Assist with tracking labor hours, materials, and project expenses.
