What You'll Do
As a Turf & Plant Health Specialist, you will:
  • Diagnose lawn, tree, and shrub health issues
  • Identify turfgrass diseases, insect damage, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress factors
  • Develop customized treatment recommendations for customers
  • Apply professional lawn, tree, and shrub care treatments
  • Perform fertilization, weed control, insect control, fungicide applications, aeration, and Tree/Shrub services
  • Educate customers on proper cultural practices and long-term plant health strategies
  • Conduct property evaluations and consultations
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and service documentation
  • Assist with training and mentoring team members as your expertise grows
  • Operate equipment and service vehicles safely and professionally
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
