Are you passionate about cars and collision repair? Do you enjoy helping customers through the repair process while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you.


Zenetec has been a trusted name in collision repair for over 30 years, with multiple locations across Ontario and a reputation for quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service. We are currently recruiting for Collision Repair Estimators across our Barrie, Aurora, and Keswick locations.


What You'll Do

  • Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates while identifying opportunities to generate collision repair business.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the repair process.
  • Prepare and explain repair estimates and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Work closely with Collision Technicians to ensure repair plans are clearly communicated and repairs are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns when required.
  • Contribute to monthly sales and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor apprentices where appropriate, and assist with problem-solving.
  • Participate in team meetings, company initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing new processes and attend ongoing training to enhance performance.
  • Assist and provide coverage for the Repair Planner role as required.
