Job Description Summary

Operations Installer

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking an Operations Installer.

The Operations Installer position is part of a dynamic team that are industry specialists trained to understand the security, accessibility, and image requirements of our customers. You will take direction to help prepare jobsites and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove and install all types of Climate Control equipment. As a field employee you are the face of the company and we rely on you to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on customer service, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict security requirements. This is a physically demanding job that is mostly working outside in various weather conditions. Complete training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Position Responsibilities:

Safely setting up and taking down Climate Control Equipment and associated products at customer sites

Completing operational paperwork (JHA's reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists, etc.) as directed

Taking direction from Operations Manager

Assisting in navigating to sites to ensure the crew arrives in the safest and most expedient way possible

Working in a safe and productive manner, remaining constantly cognizant of site safety

Ensuring workplaces and company vehicles are clean and free of garbage and hazards

Always acting in a professional manner with fellow employees and customers

Maintaining a professional appearance

Requirements: Skills & Experience:

Class G Driver's License with a clean Driving Record

Ability to take direction and supervision

Motivation to "get the job done" even when managing a heavy workload and tight deadlines

Ability to accurately and thoroughly complete paperwork

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others

Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washers, post driver, banding equipment, etc.)

Ability to physically handle (lift, carry, etc.) materials (approx. 50-80 lbs.)

Must have own transportation

Experience operating a fork-lift is preferred but not mandatory

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range
