The Job:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll be part of our Nelson Stud Welding Commercial Sales team working as an on-site employee.You'll get to:

  • Salesforce.com (CRM) management and reporting of leads, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Sales Incentive Plan tracking and reporting
  • Distribution inventory management (DRP setup, Warehouse Resupply process)
  • Market tracking and research
  • Pricing management, including margin analysis, pricing approvals, price book, and customer specific pricing.
  • Management and monitoring of order entry guidelines and policies
  • Assist with marketing activities, including sales promotions, sales campaigns, trade shows, membership in industry organizations, and website design.
  • Assist with product launches, program continuation, and design specific tasks.
  • Assist in quoting (cost, lead time, price) and automated system configuration and costing.
  • Create new part numbers, BOM, MRP data, and routing
  • Assist in the development of new applications
  • Participate in Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process and coordinate product testing and design.

The Person:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience supporting a sales organization
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Systems with a record of demonstrated achievement
  • Experience with technology platforms is ideal, such as Salesforce.com, ERP Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, CAD systems, and database management is a plus.
  • Effective project management skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business, including 300+ field sales team

The salary range for this position is $77,600- $124,900.
