Management Trainee Program

Launch Your Sales Leadership Career with CED!


Location:

Starting location Kent, WA.

Multiple openings across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

Compensation:

$63,150 – $69,000 annual package during program.

Start Date:

Flexible, based on candidate availability.

Job Type:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 45hrs.

CED’s Management Trainee Program is not your average “sit-and-watch” development track. Over the course of 2 to 2.5 years, you’ll rotate through every critical part of our business, from warehouse logistics to financial forecasting to customer sales strategy.

At the end of the program, you’ll be prepared to lead your own CED location where you’ll:

  • Hire and manage a team
  • Build lasting customer relationships
  • Develop inventory and sales strategies
  • Drive your market’s growth with the full support and resources of a privately held leader in electrical distribution


What Will You Learn?

✔ Business Operations: Inventory control, purchasing, warehouse and counter sales

✔ Financial Acumen: Forecasting, budgeting, accounts receivable and payable

✔ Sales & Account Management: Building relationships and creating customer solutions

✔ Leadership & Strategy: Team development, market analysis, decision-making authority


You’ll also attend hands-on product training, sales workshops, and management strategy sessions to round out your skills.
