Business Leadership Team Member creates positive, meaningful impact by leading people, processes, and performance within the restaurant. As a valued participant in Chick-fil-A West Cobbโ€™s Business Leadership Program, you will work in the heart of our operation alongside the Operator and Director team, where high expectations for excellence, growth, and stewardship come together. You will utilize our core values (HIPE) of Humility, Integrity, Positive Attitude, and Excellence in all interactions and responsibilities. In this role, you will help uphold our Promise to our Guests by delivering Great Hospitality, A Clean and Safe Environment, Great Food, and Fast Accurate Service while developing the skills needed for long-term business leadership success.

3-Year Business Leadership Development Program

About the Business Leadership Program:

Chick-fil-A West Cobbโ€™s Business Leadership Program is a three-year developmental program designed to prepare candidates for a future in business leadership. Participants will serve in a variety of leadership roles throughout the restaurant, gaining hands-on experience in operations, people development, and financial performance.

The purpose of this program is to develop leaders for future roles with Chick-fil-A as an Executive, Operator, or Corporate Staff member, or to prepare candidates for leadership opportunities in other business environments.

Business Leadership Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Operator and Director team to accomplish the following:

Develop competence and confidence in all restaurant Pathways and systems, including Front of House, Back of House, Drive Thru, People, Training, Food Safety, and Business Operations

Lead and model operational excellence in Hospitality, including execution of the Core 4, intentional customer engagement, and consistent 2nd Mile Service

Recruit, interview, select, train, and develop restaurant team members and leaders

Coach and mentor leaders to build strong bench strength and succession planning

Ensure excellence in food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and safety across all dayparts

Grow sales and improve profitability through effective labor management, cost control, and performance analysis

Implement, execute, and sustain new systems and processes to drive efficiency and consistency

Develop, communicate, and execute quarterly and annual business and people goals

Lead shifts and departments with confidence, accountability, and cultural alignment

Use data and operational insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Model Chick-fil-A values, leadership behaviors, and decision-making standards

Collaborate with the Operator and Director team on strategic initiatives and long-term planning

Complete all leadership rotations, pathway requirements, and development milestones

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
