About Us

Quanta Power Solutions brings together the industry-leading capabilities and resources of Quanta's operating companies to deliver complete EPC solutions. Our integrated approach spans power generation, battery energy storage, renewables, transmission, substation, and underground infrastructure - from concept to commissioning, we execute complex power infrastructure projects with the speed, certainty, and operational excellence our customers depend on.

At Quanta Power Solutions, we are driven by a culture of safety, integrity, and disciplined execution - and we're building a team that shares that commitment.

About this Role

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to design and deliver the dashboards and reporting solutions that drive decision-making across the organization. You'll work directly with functional leaders to translate operational and reporting needs into well-modeled, reliable analytics - owning solutions end-to-end, from understanding the question to building the dashboard that answers it. This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable partnering with business stakeholders and building reporting solutions in Power BI and Databricks.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytics solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain the data models, dashboards, reports, and function-specific business logic that power your analytics solutions in Power BI and Databricks
  • Partner with the enterprise data platform team to ensure the datasets feeding your analytics solutions are available, accurate, and governed
  • Ensure reporting reliability through validation, testing, and QA
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to surface trends, opportunities, risks, and operational insights
  • Promote self-service analytics by enabling and supporting business users on BI tools and reports
  • Develop and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and business processes
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Ability to travel periodically for site visits, field verification, and project activities.
What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years building business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling (semantic models)
  • Proven ability to transform, model, and visualize data for analytics and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, and Lists
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with the enterprise data platform team
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Databricks or a similar lakehouse platform
  • Experience with JD Edwards, EcoSys, P6, InEight, and similar systems
  • SQL skills for querying and validating data working within enterprise data standards and access controls
  • Experience supporting different organizational functions such as finance, project controls, supply chain, operations, human resources, etc.
  • Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial organizations
What You'll Get
  • Competitive Compensation
  • Weekly Pay
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Holiday Pay
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage
  • Pet Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Professional Development
  • Tuition Assistance
  • Employee Discount Program
