Product Manager - Technology Innovation
Hybrid role. Looking for candidates who live in Atlanta or are willing to relocate. No sponsorship available at this time.
Reporting to: Sr. Director of Innovation

As our Product Manager, Technology Innovation, you'll lead the development of forward-thinking solutions that improve patient care, streamline operations, and empower our healthcare teams. What You'll Do
  • Drive Innovation: Lead the ideation and development of cutting edge solutions that address real challenges in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
  • Facilitate Design Thinking: Run collaborative workshops with clinicians, staff, and technologists to uncover needs and co-create impactful solutions.
  • Own the Product Lifecycle: From concept to launch, manage the roadmap and execution of innovative products that align with Grady's mission.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and user-centered.
  • Champion UX/UI Excellence: Apply your expertise to ensure every product is intuitive, accessible, and designed with empathy for the end user.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Seven (7) or more years of job-related experience in product management, innovation, or technology development.
  • Strong background in design thinking, with a passion for solving complex problems through human-centered design.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, with the ability to translate user needs into elegant, effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset and a drive to make a difference.
