📍 Location: Halfway, NM (Between Carlsbad, NM and Hobbs, NM)
💰 Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE (Based on Experience + Bonus Opportunity)

Join R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, as we lead the nation in environmental oilfield waste management. With a commitment to reliability, safety, and sustainability, we're seeking a driven and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee field operations at our Halfway, NM location.

🔧 The Job:

  • Lead and supervise oilfield waste management and environmental field services operations.

  • Oversee heavy equipment usage, construction projects, and landfill operations to ensure efficiency.

  • Establish and implement short-term and long-term action plans in collaboration with division leadership.

  • Conduct P&L reviews, optimize labor and material costs, and ensure optimal equipment utilization.

  • Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

  • Maintain customer service excellence, facility upkeep, and operational integrity.

  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in heavy construction, environmental field services, or landfill management preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in field environments.

  • Experience working in challenging outdoor conditions (dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes).

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word and ability to learn specialized company applications.

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance laws.
