What does an operations head do?

An Operations Head oversees the daily operations of a company or organization, ensuring that business processes run smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for managing teams, streamlining workflows, and implementing policies that support organizational goals. Their role often includes budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to maximize productivity and profitability.
